AUTOMOBILE CLAIMS
For all automobile claims, a Crash Report must be completed and submitted to Phelps Insurance. You should also mail a copy of the Crash Report to the police department in the town where the accident occurred, as well to the Massachusetts RMV. Complete instructions are on the Crash Report.
